DELIVERY & RETURNS
I Delivery
Products are shipped regularly within 48 hours of your order.
Generally, orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) .
To track your order, your tracking number is available by clicking on the link "view my order" you will find this link in our order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
Note: Tracking is displayed approximately 4 days after dispatch.
After placing your order, you will receive a first confirmation email, then a second one informing you that your order has been sent.
Please monitor the tracking of your order, it could be waiting at the post office, even if you have not received a delivery notice in your mailbox.
Good to know: the post office keeps your package for 15 days, after which it is returned to the sender, you will then be asked for compensation in order to send your order again.
When you place your order, you have 2 hours to cancel it, via our contact form in the section, once this period has passed, a refund can only be made upon full receipt of your order at our premises.
This site cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.
II Return
Our policy lasts 15 days. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, in new condition, and must not have been damaged in any way during the period the item was in the customer's possession.
Other items that are not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original method of payment will automatically be credited, within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@livebetternow.fr and send your item to: 105 rue des Vallons, Mulhouse, 68100, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 105 rue des Vallons, Mulhouse, 68100, France.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
